Nutritional Aims

Our Nutritional sessions are designed to empower people to find out their Why. When one can identify and articulate what health really means to them, it makes it easier for us work with them; applying practical wisdom to manage their diet and to help create newer and healthier lifestyle practices. Additionally people become empowered to solve problems and can therefore help to break the cycle of “yoyo” dieting. An initial and follow-up session is highly recommended to ensure that Warrias(clients) are managing well and that they are able to follow through with the implemented plan.

The Sessions usually last 1 hour for initial and  30 – 40 minutes for review sessions.

Sessions will be done over Skype, WhatsApp, or FB Messenger video calling.
